1. Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for:
    • Used or damaged products
    • Items without original packaging
    • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

2. Return Process

  1. Email us with your Order ID and product details.
  2. Our team will review and approve your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  4. Ship the product to the provided address or opt for reverse pickup (if available).

Note: Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Customized jewelry
