Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only on eligible products. We do not provide returns or refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or wrong product claims

No Return & No Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  2. Share product images/video proof
  3. Our team will verify the issue
  4. Once approved, exchange instructions will be shared

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or special sale items
