Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only on eligible products. We do not provide returns or refunds.
Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for exchange:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or wrong product claims
No Return & No Refund Policy
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch

- Share product images/video proof

- Once approved, exchange instructions will be shared
