1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Metro cities may receive orders faster (3–5 days), while remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s website.

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:
    • High order volume
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier service issues
  • In such cases, we will keep you informed.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
  • Glitzora will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India.
