1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Metro cities may receive orders faster (3–5 days), while remote areas may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
- A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s website.
5. Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery may be delayed due to:
- High order volume
- Weather conditions
- Courier service issues
- In such cases, we will keep you informed.
6. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
- Glitzora will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within India.
